DAIB Scholarship and Awards 2010
The Daib Foundation will be awarding scholarships and awards in the 3 cater=gories for the summer/fall 2010 year.  More information will be provided the last week in January 2010. Summer Incentive Award
 
Awarded to students from 6th-12th grade.
  • Award up to $500
  • Will be 1 recipient
  • Will go toward an ongoing program that the student is involved in but because of hardship unable to remain with the program unless they receive some assistance.

Recommendations for this award can be received as early as March 2nd.

 High School Senior Essay
 
Awarded to High School Seniors in the Atlanta Metro Area
  • Awards varies but starts out at $1000
  •  Recipients varies but will be at least 1 winner announced annually
  • Topics will be released and all additional info will be sent to schools in the Metro Atlanta Area the last week in January.
  • Essay deadline is May 4th, 2010

 

Summer Intern Scholarship

  •   Awarded to a High School Student grades 9th-12th
  • Will be 2 Recipients
  • Will work with the DAIB Foundation on various programs throughout the months of June and July  Will receive a stipend of $500 each at the end of the program.
  • Topics will be released and all additional info will be sent to schools in the Metro  Atlanta Area the last week in January.
  • Essay deadline is May 4th, 2010
